Mode of administration: Preferably, start on the first day of your menstrual period; take 1 (white) tablet, starting from the top left hand corner of the pack. Take 1 tablet every day around the same time for 21 consecutive days, before starting with the 7 brown tablets. The menstrual period starts whilst the brown tablets are being taken.

Whether your bleeding has stopped or not, begin a new blister the day after the last brown tablet of this blister.

Missed tablets: Take missed tablet as soon as remembered, it must be taken within 12 hours. The eﬃcacy may reduce within this period. Take the remaining as scheduled to avoid premature withdrawal bleeding. (Note) No back up contraception method is necessary only when one table is missed. Missing two tablet is risk of pregnancy, take the most recently missed tablet and discard the other missed tablet(s). Resume taking the next scheduled tablet and either abstain from sex or use condom for the next seven days. If less than seven tablets are left, finish and start a new pack immediately, use a condom for the next seven days
